The Guitar Gym provides free online workout sessions to help improve your guitar skills. Guitarists of any skill level are welcome and everyone will benefit from the workouts that are one hour long, intense and non-stop, but casual and fun at the same time. Each session focuses on different topics where you will refine your sound, build endurance, drill right and left hand techniques, improve sight-reading, and learn useful pointers and tips that you can apply to your daily routine.
